Most digital music consumers are familiar with music visualization from their favorite media player. This free program is unique in that it visually lays out the different instrument tracks of midi files in such a manner that one can discern the underlying structure of complex scores in ways they may not have in the past. Here is an example of the program in action on youtube.

An Autological word is one that describes itself (as opposed to a heterological word, which does not). An interesting paradox is the Grelling-Nelson paradox, which asks the question a previous commenter posted: Is the word "heterological" heterological or autological? (If it does not describe itself it is heterological, which would in turn make it autological, and hence, paradoxical.) For more self-referencing fun see this post or this post.

After a while I get sick of all the panoramic images on SU, but this one was clever enough to merit a thumb. If you're really in the mood to explore 3D environments on the internet, why not explore the real world with a special Google query that allows you to control various unprotected video cameras across the world (the correct answer is "because it's probably unethical;" but it is good to be aware of the potential danger web security cameras pose, and, provided your motives aren't sinister, it can be an entertaining waste of time).
