if you wanna get fit try walking,
if you want to lose a bit of weight eat protein instead of carbohydrate
and go walking,
8 miles each day is good, work up to it,
first day 1 mile next day 2 miles, next day three miles, and so on,
it's quite easy if you take it steady, in 2 weeks i've lost 14Lbs.
and now beginning my 3rd week,
i'm hoping to keep on losing a pound a day til i vanish.

Finally, a speech program that can tell, ice cream from. I scream.
quite impressive that I can type this to my blog, with only my voice.
It is quite fun and interesting to do,
it cracks me up, not to get the giggles watching its' antics! ...
accuracy is around 90%. It gets better the more you use it.
This Application is called 'Dragon NaturallySpeaking',
priced at �60 and worth it in my opinion.
As well as dictating words,
you can also tell it stuff like 'backspace, go to end of line, select copy and paste' etc.
Sets up in about five minutes, nice .

as it fits my view too, save me switching the typewriter and brain on,
"Over the next couple of days I'll probably be playing around with the new "Subscriptions" vs "Friends" thing. I'm trying to make my friends people that I actually interact with on a meaningful level, and there aren't many. So if it looks like I've dropped you, please don't be offended, that wasn't my intention. I've probably just moved you to my subscriptions, I still like your pages and all that. (I don't know how all of this shows up if you are still using classic). Like always, I'm not going to be offended no matter what you choose to do with my pages. To me, on stumble "friends" were Always subscriptions.

This isn't myspace. I'm not a friend collector nor do I aspire to be one.

Finally, I'm not going to "friend" you if we don't communicate about meaningful stuff often. If I don't know what's going on in your world, then I'd at best consider you an acquaintance. :) Feel free to subscribe and I may do the same. My life is kinda crazy at the moment and i just don't have the time to interact with many people here). I'm a fairly anti-social person. You probably wouldn't really want to be my friend anyway. :)
