The use of Tazers must be regulated, and police must be held accountable for the indiscriminate use of these things, and when death or serious injury results, and there is no just cause for the use of them, ie: mortal threat to the officer, penal sentencing should be applied. Perhaps we should bring back the public stocks, and allow the public to vent their opinion of the officers transgression personally?

People are not cattle, to be violently shocked to gain compliance. These things need to be outlawed fol human use, with the exception of self defense, in the event that deadly force would be the only alternative.
