Good tips on breathing while running.

I am trying to make daily jogging a habit, and to identify a sustainable pace of running.

TIPS:
Breathe deeper through nose and throat. Breath more from your diaphragm (belly) than your chest (chest breathing is more shallow).
Focus on exhaling more fully. This will remove more CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) and allow for deeper inhalations of O2 (Oxygen). Aim to take three footsteps for every inhale, and two footsteps for every exhale (3:2 ratio).

It's best to try to slow down, relax, and let yourself fall into your body's natural rhythm.

This awesome interactive 3D view shows the entrance to one of the Cave-Temple Sculptures at the world-famous Ellora caves in Maharashtra, India. This is a nicely done panorama, and I am sure you will enjoy it.

"Ellora" is an archaeological site, 30 km (19 mi) from the city of Aurangabad in the Indian state of Maharashtra built by the Rashtrakuta Dynasty. Famous for its monumental caves, Ellora is a World Heritage Site.

Ellora has some of the best Indian rock-cut architecture. The 34 "caves" - actually structures excavated out of the vertical face of the Charanandri hills - being Buddhist, Hindu and Jain cave temples and monasteries, were built between the 5th century and 10th century. The 12 Buddhist (caves 1-12), 17 Hindu (caves 13-29) and 5 Jain caves (caves 30-34), built in proximity, demonstrate the religious harmony prevalent during this period of Indian history.

The "Kailash Temple" represents the epitome of Indian rock-cut architecture. It is designed to recall Mount Kailash, the abode of Lord Shiva. The entire temple was carved out of one huge basalt rock! The Kailash Temple is notable for its vertical excavation -- carvers started at the top of the original rock, and excavated downward, exhuming the temple out of the existing rock. It is estimated that about 200,000 tons of rocks was scooped out over hundreds of years to construct this monolithic structure.

I have visited the Ajanta and Ellora caves lots of times during my childhood, and me and my sis used to spend hours, scampering over the ancient stone floors and sculptures, playing hide and seek.

Sometimes we used to pretend that we were Buddhist monks, silently meditating or chanting a Buddhist prayer (Buddham Sharanam Gachaami,. Dhamam Sharanam Gachaami,. Sangham Sharanam Gachaami), listening to our own rhythmic voices, echoing like dim whispers from the past.
