Three to five posts a week. Adjunct advice about everything from making ends meet to creating assignments to getting and keeping a job. Superb advice from Traci Gardner about teaching with technology in the classroom to keep material fresh and lively. Barclay Barrios's tips range from concise to detailed, but always remain practical and purposeful.
Interesting, up-to-date, relevant, fun. What more could you ask from Master's students in Emerson College's Writing, Literature and Publishing department? If you're young in publishing and in Boston, it's a great resource!

I love the phrase, "scientific and policy literacy." This whole article is a well-positioned discussion about the way scientific findings are reported to the public and the ways the scientific community is battling "whiplash" reactions to new findings. It's also a wake-up call to the general public reminding us all that we need to carefully consider all possible sources when reading the news.
