Now that we all seem to be on the same page about saving the environment. I can't help but feel that it is the wrong thing that needs saving. Our planet will survive our brief conflict filled occupation of it, and given enough time, the only evidence that will remain of us will be a thin scare of colored of strata on a canyon wall. Man however
is running out of time and opportunity to preserve his place at the head of the line. Long ago we won the genetic lottery and began immediately to refine and perfect the tools we had won,our hands and mind.Building on these unique resources we have eliminated all competition in the game for survival. Mankind is now in a position that no other species has been, we will be able to redesign ourselves and our environment to suit whatever needs and or whims we my have. I just hope we won't blow this last great opportunity.

I have been stumbling upon, stumbling upon.com now for a couple of days and the information about people, web sites, and photos keep snow balling inside my computer,I am greatly enjoying my personal information explosion. Abandoning reality television and Judge Judy for accessing virtual doors that like Alice through the looking glass could lead anywhere and tease me with there possibilities. Ideas, images, and concepts now compete for my attention made manifest by infinite rows of zeros and ones ( could they be the thought version of a subatomic particle a building block that would composes a thought?}. All this information and so little time!

Who knew that typing would come in handy? but then I am still waiting for my hover car which they promised would be in every garage in the next century. I'll just have to fall back on the tried and true hunt and peck system. With my lucky vacuum tube amulet clenched between my teeth and two fingers poised in an ever so thought full manner just above the keyboard I am about to step into for the first time the digital universe of bloging.
I have been enjoying watching the Republicans marketing John McCain like he was a slippery bar of bath soap. He should be sporting a "NEW & IMPROVED" label on his forehead, or John McCain 2.0 to avoided any confusion with the last incarnation. America is still I am proud to say the master at selling any product and now were selling the office of the president like it was shinny new can of Spam, hoping that America won't notice they just slapped a new label on an expired one.
