Wee, Time Warner hoping to charge people who use their service the most more money. What's next? Charging more per gallon for people who fill their tanks with gas more often? o_O Actually, that's not a bad idea.

This is a crazy article about how NYC is already a police state for kids. I found this article through a link from http://indexresearch.blogspot.com/2007/10/us-war-on-children.html

This is kinda crazy but something I've suspected for some time. Big business takes advantage of ignorant customers in so many ways them just bottling tap water, slapping a drawing of a mountain range on it and calling it "Aquafina" shouldn't be too surprising. But that's not all that's wrong with bottled water. It just might be as bad as tap. Seriously, read this post. The guy who wrote it is a human interest filmmaker and damn hunky, too. Regardless of his looks, he's out there pointing out what wrong and this is just one simple post that presents facts that effect almost everyone I know.

This site has a lot of potential--already it's got in place some great features, but allowing video producers (the folks shooting the videos) full control (read: ability to download) their videos has yet to be implemented. Once that gets added, BlogTV will have two features that make it better than YouTube, in my mind--downloadable vids and live broadcasting. Pretty sweet.

Box.net seems to have really figured it out. They're beating Pownce.com to the punch by offering the services Box has always offered combined with the social networking features we're all so used to on sites like MySpace. The catch is, Pownce is doing the same stuff--but Box is already doing it--on top of that, Box is offering blog integration and embeddable widgets that allow you to make files available for folks who visit your blog. I'm not sure if Pownce is cooler anymore. We'll just have to see...

Is it wrong to Stumble your own blog post when you know it makes a good point? Ah well, spend a few minutes reading about why the government tracking every bit of Internet traffic is not a good idea, too bad that's just what they're doing. Already know about this story? Then what do you think about it? Agree with it? Then why not pass it around? Disagree with it? Why not tell the world why?

If I have breached Stumble etiquette, my humble apologies...
