Olive oil and blood pressure!
I had a huge problem with my blood pressure.Last year it was
the worse!I couldn't sleep well,I had a problem with heart!My family
doctor give me prescription for a medicine name Iruzid but there was no
improvement!My blood pressure was about 160/110!I started diet and I
loosed about 15kg and still no improvement!My mother was angry and told me
that my family doctor have to try some alternatives with herbs etc.I
asked my doctor but she answered me that I am in that age when it is
normal to have some problems!My mother told me that I have to start with
old recipes from my grandma!I didn't see any improvement with regular
medicine and I decided to start with my grandma old treatment with olive
oil!I was happy one because we have our own olive oil!I start with 2
soup spoon of olive oil in the morning,2 spoon of olive oil before my
meal and 2 spoon of olive oil before bed time!After,only ten day of
treatment my blood pressure was 130/90!After 30 day it was 125/80!You ha!
ve to know that I am 52 years old and today,with my olive oil
treatment my blood pressure is 120/80!I an feeling like a young girl!I live in
a Mediterranean country and I prepare all my food with olive oil!I
don't use any other oils!I am a living proof for olive oil like a medicine
for a high blood pressure!
