MALABO (Reuters) - British mercenary Simon Mann was jailed for 34 years by a court in Equatorial Guinea on Monday for a failed 2004 coup plot in which he said former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher's son was also involved.

Mann, 56, an Eton-educated former army special forces officer, was sentenced to a prison term of 34 years, four months and three days for conspiring to topple President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo in the small, oil-producing West African state.

The Alliance is a relatively new guild on Kazzak that is co-ordinated by Solarstone & Faolchu. Our purpose in forming this guild is to assemble a squad of excellent players for raiding at the highest levels.

At the moment we are primarily recruiting regular players of all levels, however at present the emphasis is set on enlisting players over level 40.

We hope that all players within the guild will do their utmost to assist each other as much as possible and, in doing so, they will clock up valuable hours learning the traits and talents of their fellow guild members.

Guild members can use this site to:

1. Keep up to date with the latest Alliance news
2. To post their own screenshots, videos, artwork, images etc in our Gallery
3. To get to know their fellow guild members better by availing of our forum

In short the site should provide a platform for us to communicate easily, so don't be shy in voicing your opinions, ideas, strategies or anything you feel would either benefit us.... or entertain us!

Hopefully within a few short months we will have one of the most active and successful guilds on Kazzak!
