		<p>yes, let&#039;s put someone who is obviously completely incompetent behind the wheel of a dangerous machine.  i have no idea how hard a driving test in South Korea might be (but it is rather hard for me to believe it&#039;s harder then the ones in the USA, and it sure seems to me they hand them out like candy here, as dangerously clueless as the average driver seems) but can you even image how incredibly retarded you would have to be to take very nearly ONE THOUSAND tries to get over a 60% on a multiple choice test?  i&#039;m sorry, but as one, i can&#039;t really see the flagrant reckless endangerment of pedestrians and cyclists as cute or very funny.</p>
