		<p>It looks quiet, but this photo was taken right next to a busy highway in Perth. This houseboat would have been demolished in about 1970, but the owner got around the rules which stipulated that he wasn&#039;t permitted to build a new one if he knocked the old one down.     So he just built a new one right over the old one. <br />
