Sorry Benjmn, there was no pullout from the West Bank. Settlements are still expanding. As for Gaza, well, the Palestinians were better off with them. It was the only thing preventing the IDF's rampages we see now. What gets on my nerves is when people call a site like this "biased." They're usually the type who like thinking of themselves as intellectual moderates, too wise and all-knowing to point a finger one way or the other. Well guess what folks? Sometimes truth favors one group or another. As for "rejecting the Camp David accords," well, that's just another guy who didn't bother to really look at them. I'd like to see Canada split the US into four cantons and we'll see how much fun he has trying to visit family. And no, a bus is not a building. Sorry dude.
--

I'm referred to here as "just another guy who didn't bother to really look at the [Camp David accords]." It happens to be incorrect, but in any case... Gaza and the West Bank are not contiguous. The only way to make them contiguous is to break up Israel, and make Israel non-contiguous. So unfortunately, it's a zero-sum game - even if the Palestinians got 100% of the West Bank in addition to the 100% of Gaza they already have, they still wouldn't be happy because the two regions are not connected. So what skipp0023 seems to be saying here is that peace between Israel and the Palestinians is simply not possible.

Also, my original statement was that "the Palestinians chose to start a new terrorist offensive, shortly after rejecting the Camp David accords." skipp0023 is focusing on the accords, but he ignores the main point of my sentence, which is that "the Palestinians chose to start a new terrorist offensive", which resulted in almost every statistic on that website.

Finally, I'm always shocked when I read a term like "IDF rampages" with respect to Gaza. I prefer to think that he is making this remark out of ignorance, not willfully ignoring the violence Palestinians from Gaza have been perpetrating for months now. Since the withdrawal last year, the Palestinians in Gaza have spent their time preparing for war, not building infrastructure. They immediately voted a terrorist group into power, prompting worldwide criticism. They continue to shoot Qassam missiles into Israel proper. The IDF is in Gaza because the Palestinians in Gaza have essentially declared war. I think of this article whenever I think of the Palestinian stance in Gaza this past year.

I do agree with one statement he made, though: "Sometimes truth favors one group or another."

Didn't like dumphead video b/c A) However clever it is, it's just a commercial for a drug company so they can invent more diseases and sell more pills, B) the site itself was NSFW - could have gotten into trouble there ;-) and C) I'm getting a little tired of stumbling upon the same videos hosted by different copycat sites. Sorry if I sound grumpy...

A lie is like a magic trick. It relies on the audience's imagination to "fill in the blanks" with their unconscious assumptions. The illusion touches on what really happened in certain key points. But the overall picture that emerges is totally different from the reality. And since that picture in our minds is what we base our decisions on, that's all that matters.
