I didn't see the common and well honed skill of brown nosing mentioned anywhere. That is unless it is erroneously filed  under humble servitude. If so, I believe it would be in violation of the moral/ethical practice, however, both brown nosing and violation of moral/ethical practices are violated daily if you pay are able to pay close attention.
