It is incredibly difficult to find items that don&#039;t have "high fructose corn syrup" as their main ingredient - even when you don&#039;t think of that I item as having sugar-like substances in it. Sugar is everywhere. I have made plans to eliminate it from my diet, but have yet to do so....</p>
