It&#039;s a requirement of a lot of businesses to filter their calendars within date ranges, for example show appointments for tomorrow, or sales calls within the last week. When you create a view and select to filter it, you cannot select the Start Time or End Time. Here&#039;s a work around:<br />

Go to the list settings, and click Create Column at the bottom of the column list.<br />
Name this new column, i.e. Sales Date, or Appt Date.<br />
Select Calculated from the list of types.<br />
In the Formula box, either type in =[Start Time] or select it from the list to the right. When selecting it, it will not have the = in front of it, that&#039;s okay.<br />
Then below the Formula box, select Date and Time as the data type returned.<br />
