Comments Will Hurt Your blogbrand.

It is old saying,"If you want to build readership,put comments on others blog of your niche".Leaving comment on other bogs is a powerful tool to pull traffic,if used correctly.Many blogger use this tool very aggressively to build their own readership.You may agree with this technique.

But I have somewhat different view on commenting.I think,leaving too much comments are probably doing more harm to our blog or brand name than making good.You will find lots of information about,"How to build traffic by comments?".But a very little has been written about dangers of it.

This article is written by me on based of my negative experience which i got in past.I put it here for consideration and feedback.I assume,people will have
brain for analysis,why this will do harm to our blog.

01)Commenting Without Reading Posts:-
I have no doubt,most of us have been done this by many times.We see the title,read two-three lines or mostly first paragraph and directly jump to comment box.We put whatever we decided in our mind without thinking,whether this is related to full post or not.There are chances of making wrong impression or stupid thoughts,without reading complete article.

You can put another comment if realised your mistake but it is impossible to remove your first comment.Your word will remains there for many years to come to high light your opinion.Invest some time in reading post in full,understand what author want to say,if found some thing really valuable/informative and feels to leave comment on post,then only put your opinion.By reading post we also increase our knowledge in subject.

02)Very Short Comments:-
Many time I have seen two or three words comment,even I made it few weeks ago such as,"very well,fine,thanks,good work etc."The results I found was very frustrating.My readership went down,I immediately stopped this practice.Many new blogger seems to have a "quantity over quality mentality".Thinking,it will help them to finding visitors or help them in search engine optimisation.take my word,it will not help any way.One intelligent,valuable comment which is relevant to readers can achieve more respect and readers than very short comment.Leaving lots of very short comment will lead you to comment spam blacklist and definitely hurt your blogs reputation as a spam.

03)Always Trying To Be First in Commenting:-
This I feel can actually a good practice up to some level.It is true that there are chances of getting direct click readers if you comment is really relevant to
post and adding value to article published.but if you tried to put comment on each and every post in hurry,it might possible to write irrelevant comment,which results in avoiding you by author and readers.Always remember,a quality comment will do a lot for you and balancing is the key of success.I personally feel,it is true for every segment of our life.

Try to put quality comment on blog of high traffic,so some traffic will be generated to your blog.

04)Too Many Signatures Used While Commenting:-
It is understood by every one that you can include your blog URL at the end of comment.Many blogger and website owners,provided this feature to their readers.If we left one or two URL which we really feels helping to others,then it's OK but if you tried to put as many as URL in comment,will definitely hurt the blog or website owner.Putting too much signatures is worth nothing for popularity of your blog.Even if it can hurt your brand name.

Comment section is for expressing the feelings/opinion and not for advertisements.

05)Dominating Or Flaming Comments:-
Blogging is medium to express our feeling,thoughts and sharing knowledge we have.It is not always possible that people will agree with you.Some times it may happen,you read a article and strongly disagree with content which leads you to put a dominating comment.

Are You Earning From Google AdSense?

Don't get surprised,you can also earn from Internet.Here you will find many online business opportunities.You just have to decide "Which is suitable for me and How I can Make Money Online?"

I decided to start online business by the start of year 2008.Before this I have no idea about how to make money from Internet.I was clueless,though I am using Internet from 1999.Current recession and inflation impact me to try this option very seriously.I worked hard on Google AdSense,rather I am still working hard but now enjoying to work at home.

I joined the program from http://www.google.com/adsense by filling all the required information in application page.Within seven days,I got account approval mail.I followed the instruction and created HTML code.Same code I copied and pasted to my blog.Within few minutes Text Advertisements started displaying.

Here I done half the work and feeling very happy as I thought money will start accumulating in my account.After a months period,I log in to my account to check the earnings.Can you imagine,How much I earn? "A big zero".I was depressed and learnt a lesson,just displaying Ads is not sufficient,I have to work smart way.Here I found some simple but effective tips.You may call it as AdSense Secret,but these tips are no more secrets.Every one can use it,even you also.These are open for all.

What I Done?

First off all I started increasing the frequency of posting articles each single day.I published a article of about 250 to 300 words.Within few weeks,I get
starting some traffic towards my blog.Then I placed one leader board above the fold,one large rectangle at left side of article and one at the end of page.I
also used link row and search box.This way I finished Ads block placement.Further I blend all these Ads with page background.

Now I get Starting some bucks every day but was not happy with the earnings.So I started joining some Google AdSense Revenue sharing sites,some found useful and some not.

All this takes me a period of six months.What is the result of hard and smart work?

"I started making money from AdSense".

How Much I Am Earning?

Don't be disappointed,I can't disclose the exact amount,I am earning per month as I am strict follower of Terms & Conditions of AdSense.Believe me,I am
earning hundreds of dollar per month right now.I know there are many AdSense Publisher making thousands of dollar per month but I can't claim that.
My goal is to reach that level,let's see what happen in future.

AdSense is free to join.If you have a website or blog then log in to http://www.google.com/adsense and sign-up with all the required details.Don't hesitate to give true information,it is a serious online business.Wait for few days,if your account is approved ,you will get a mail for further course of action.Follow all the instruction and create code.Copy and paste this code to your website or blog.Advertises will start displaying within few minutes.If your account is not approved within seven days,check the status of application from the site and wait for few more days,if required.It is my personal experience that the blog created with blogger.com is approved very soon.Give a try,if you have no blog and want to make money from blogging.I strongly suggest to read and understand the Terms & Conditions before applying and follow,if you are interested to earn money for life long.

*Traffic:-
To be successful in AdSense,we requires lots of traffic to our site or blog.From� my experience and searching,maximum publisher got 4 to 5 % CTR.It means,only 4 to 5 clicks we got from per 100 visitor or page impression.We don't know the price of the ads.So,we must try to increase traffic through Pay Per Click or by publishing quality content.
*Content:-
Whatever you put on your site or blog is known as content.It may be text or image.Text content attracts visitors and search engine very rapidly.People searches for information,and if your information is useful to them,they will invest time in your page and come back again.It may possible that they will tell to there friends and relatives also.The same thing I am also expecting from you.Write article in your own words because "What comes from heart that touches to heart".When your blog is new,write 250 to 300 words article per day and a 500 to 600 words article once in a week.If it found difficult,use free
article directories.
* Advertisement Placement & Colour:-
It is also important to select and put advertise block at right place.There are many sizes provided by AdSense but the most effective are,Large Rectangle,Medium Rectangle and Leader Board.Link row is also useful because it requires less space.Place at least one block above the fold,means,which can be seen as soon as your visitor lands on page.If possible mix the ads with content and put one block at end of page.You can choose any colour for your text ads but it is recommended to blend it with page,so it looks like the part of content and better chances of clicks.

Everyone is worried by global meltdown.The situation is changing from bad to worst very rapidly.Many multi-national companies are giving pink slip to their employees every week.Monthly expenses are increasing day by day due to inflation.It is hard to maintain life style.So,what to do overcome from the situation? Wait for few days,if your application got approved,you will get a mail regarding other details,follow all the instruction and get HTML code.Now add this code to each and every site you belongs and every page of your blog.Ads will start displaying from the moment.Now if your site or blog has decent traffic,you have better chances of earning sufficient income.

Another program,i am using is,Paid to Click.This don't requires any technical knowledge or skill.You just have to register with one or more Paid to Click sites.Follow the instructions and watch the Advertisement for particular time and your account will get credited for your work.From this,you can't earn much more but you can pay your small bills only.

The conclusion is,you can earn money online from different sources such as Google AdSense,Affiliate Marketing,Paid to Click etc.All are free to join.It just requires your hard work and patience.Skill will develop with experience.

How Effectively We Can Use Ads Block?

While participating in forum,I came across this interesting question.This question is very important to all AdSense Publisher regarding earnings.many of us know that it is not worth to put all the Ads block together but then the important point arises,how to arrange the Ads so we make money online?

As per Google's policy we can serve three text & image block,two link block and two search box on our website or blog.Now it is up-to every individual publisher,how much to use out of this.

It is important to use the Ads in proper way.First thing first,you have to use one Ad block above the fold,means whenever any visitor visits to your page,the Ads are available by landing on the page.Second Ad block must be kept at left or mixed with content.And last block must be kept at end of the article.This way we can use all the available blocks in proper way.Don't forget,this will work well when your article is long enough.If you have an article about 500 words or more then this placement works best.For less than this use only two text Ads and one link row.

Managing Ads are not only sufficient to increase the revenue.There are some other points also to be taken into consideration.

01)The size of the block:-
Ad block are available in many sizes.After deep searching from Internet,the most effective size i found is large and medium rectangle along with leader board.A Large rectangle will always works well on front page of your site.

02)Display colour:-
This is very debating point.Many Publisher has different views on colour pattern.Why it so? The answer is simple,some publisher are interested in showing ads only and some are interested to share the information.You have to decide what is your motive.If your motive is to show Ads only then use dark colour,so Ads are noticed first.But if you want to share information,want to give something valuable to your reader then blend it with your content.So it will look as a part of webpage.This is suggested by AdSense Support team also.

03)Filter the Ads:-
This point requires deep knowledge because you don't know the price of Ad shown on your webpage.According to various publisher the minimum rate starts from $0.01.Imagine,if you got 100 clicks of amount $0.01,what will be your earnings? Ban such a low paying Ads.You will get all the information on Ad Filter from your account page.I suggest not to ban too much,it may adversely effect the image of your site or blog.

So,the conclusion is,it is not suggested to use all the Advertise blocks together at one place.Use it at different places where they can be easily seen.Blend the Ads with your content,so it look like the part of webpage.Remove low paying Ads. by this we will earn more per click.

Beside this,the most important point I personally feel,you have to increase quality content on your site or blog.
