She gave me this: because I have ~~a couple of~~ ~~now one~~ ~~back to two~~ ~~now one~~ two again Westies.

The humourous side of my character is mainly expressed in the gently lunatic Oddly-Enough forum, where serious Stumblers can let off steam and have fun.

If you don't participate in or follow the Forums (or Groups, as SU calls them), you're missing out on an important SU experience. I have lots of useful and pertinent Web sites from the Forums. For a start, at the front of each Group, you'll find a list of recommended sites by the members of that Group and you'll probably find a wealth of wonderful links in the Discussion threads.

I'm a lover of the Classic interface because it was the best way to see Stumblers' blogs.

Don't ask to become my 'Friend' if we don't know one another.
It isn't what the 'Friends' feature is supposed to be all about.
Go and read up about it.

Hopefully, the devs will one day sort out the issues that many of the established users have with the new interface and all this nonsense can be ended.

Sorry for the lack of posts, but on April 14th I had to have the second of my twin Westies put down: Pip and it has affected me more than I expected, so my heart just hasn't been in posting.

She was very special, with an empathy and intelligence rarely found in dogs and I miss her a lot. She is survived by Mickey, a recent companion of hers, who has also been mourning her passing (he wouldn't eat for 3 days for a start).

guitargirl has a hugely talented and accomplished 13-year old daughter, Rachel, who is a flautist and pianist. She was chosen to play at a tribute to Herbie Hancock hosted by Quincy Jones.

How amazing is that ! THIS IS A FANTASTIC STORY !

Dougie was put to sleep yesterday. Whilst I know that it was the kindest thing to do, I feel as though I have committed a terribly evil deed and also let him down.
