A few years back I received information about aspartame when a friend had another friend die from formaldehyde poisoning, it turns out he drank gallons of sports drinks made with aspartame. Anyway I did my own research and discovered research that showed what chemicals it is made from and how the body processes it. Cigarettes and aspartame, both addicting as far as I am concerned, "no one" wants to give either up.

Critical thinking says read the labels and learn what you are doing to your body.

This makes great sense, using products that do not have toxins, chemicals, or other ingredients that can affect others should be natural.

I really prefer essential oils. No allergy attacks for me when I wear them. Others find it relaxing.
