I had to look it up, but if people are just referencing Psalms 109:8 then they just mean that one phrase. If they are also referencing 109:9 then ok...then you can be suspicious of their true motives for using it. 109:8 simply suggests that people only want him to have one term...not that they want him dead.

I am good friends with a family of Germans that live here and they also assume that everyone immediately thinks of Bavarians when they think of Germans. I actually don't picture Bavarians whenever I think of Germans and never did. With that said, I do agree with the reasons Bavaria might appeal to us.

The new design is hideous and there are less options! I really liked the fact that SU was NOT a typical social networking site...I don't have a facebook account and I refuse to create one. SU WAS great because it was all about information. I actually MADE friends because of our similar interests. If I wanted to talk to someone I already knew I would...that isn't what people use SU for. How many people are going to leave SU all together? Do you care? It doesn't seem like it. You know all those lists on the internet of has beens or companies that made shitty decisions that led to the downfall of the company...well I think it is safe to say that this change will ensure that SU ends up on one of those lists. So thanks for the last 2 or so years.

It appears the SyFy Channel has ripped off an idea that was pitched to them by the folks at http://www.clipcritics.com That is just downright rotten and I hope they decide to sue the SyFy Channel.

What a bunch of bullshit...and of course GA banned it. I am all about states creating laws that fit the citizens of their state, but I don't think that laws made to ban certain beers or determine alcohol content is a worthwhile or reasonable use of government.
Heaven forbid that the government NOT tell an individual what they can and cannot put into their own bodies...that would just create choas, right?

Just a little while ago, it was announced that Senator DeMint, who is the lead Senate cosponsor of Audit the Fed, has put a "hold" on Bernanke's confirmation for a second term as Federal Reserve chairman until S. 604 receives an up or down vote on the Senate floor.

Wide release for "The Road" Petition

The Road looks like an awesome movie and has great reviews, the only problem is that they only released it to a few theatres with no plans of a wide release. You can't complain that no one is going to see your movie if you don't distribute it outside of CA or NY!
