�� Legitimate Home Based Businesses - That KICK BUTT!

ON Your Mark, Get Set, Go.......The season has begun and now we are begining to see everyone's claim to riches online. Listen I have been working online for a few years now and to be quite frank the only reason I made it this far is because of my determination. I have always worked sales in my life and when I took my maternity leave I began searching for a way to make money online. Well in my first business I definitely entered the arena with an ego and boldness that I was going to make a killing minus the heels. Like many have already experienced it is just not that simple. I had promises from "sponsors or mentors" who were going too help me all the way, but the reality of that was as soon as they had received my investment I became yesterday's news real fast. It was an excellant kick in my behind to bring me back down to Earth and seriously begin calculating a strategy to succeed. What I have come too learn about online business is that yes there are people who are making the multiple high figures on a monthly base, and it is really possible as long as you know how to MARKET. When I began online I was far from a marketing guru,in fact, I had no computer skills at all. I seriously had to read the instruction manual to figure out how too turn my computer on. So as far as having any experience to work online from home I had nothing going for me except the fact I was not afraid to pick my phone up and make phone calls and determination. So after a year of making cold calls and reverse marketing my online vision was quickly fading into the sunlight, then it came to me that I was not playing the game right. There had to be a easier way too build my business there was just something I was not doing right. So after constant research I really took a dive and was bound and determined to find the right recipie too accomplish what I wanted. I met up with a young lady that was just like me. She to wanted the opportunity to build wealth from home and tend to her family personally. Well after tons of research and testing we figured out several tactics in how to target your auidence and get your site seen by people who had a genuine interest. I hear from people everyday how businesses are scams and working online is impossible to accomplish. That is not true I am positive that in my business I pursue online their are sponsors like myself who are not 5% as effective as I am with my team. Its not the business obviously that seperates us, its the leadership and help that my team rocks, and if you do not think I take pride in that you are sadly mistaken. Because I am a talker I was able too earn money online. Problem with that is not everybody feels comfortable in talking as I do, but that does not mean they can not succeed as well. Finding each person's comfort zone and niche is they keys to begining. As long as your business is legitimate, has a personal need for people, and you have experienced people willing too pave the path to get you started effectively, you actually have a high chance of succeeding online and reaching your dreams. Its really nice when you have the chance to educate someone from start to finish and regardless of any doubt he or she had, you actually help them surpass their fears and be more successful than they ever anticipated, "pay it forward". Its great too help peole and its something I enjoy personally. I do make a nice income each month, but so does most of my team. How many leaders online can say that? I wish I would have had someone give me that begining chance, but its great now I figured it out and will continue developing it everyday.....Now that's determination!!
