This is her daughter writing this. Today, my mother lost her battle with cancer. Her family was with her at her passing. Though we will miss her immensely, we are also so relieved that her suffering is over. We would like to thank all of you for your support and give special thanks to Jilli for everything she has done and druidgirl for keeping in touch offline (we're sorry we were not able to call you back).

For anyone who'd like to post thoughts, well wishes, we are keeping the blog up for the time being. Again, we thank everyone who was her friend here.

My Dear Friends, I am sorry I have been away for so long! As you all know I had cancer of the throat. The cancer is gone but I have had complications from the radiation. I guess everything caught up with and I had kind of a mini breakdown! I didn't feel like being in real world and just kind of withdrew. I am so sorry I have not been intouch. I am back now. Hello friends and fellow stumblers! I haven't been feeling very well the past few days, so I haven't been on here. I am feeling better now. If I missed anybody I am sorry. I have a whole bunch of stumbles to go through!

I have good news, I am cancer free!! My throat cancer is gone and the cat scan of my lungs is clean! Thanks to everyone that has sent out positive vibes and prayers!!!!

I had my biopsy of my throat today. I don't have any cancer there! I do have an ulcer in there, but I can handle that! Thank all of you that sent good vibes, wishes and prayers! Carol

I went to the doctor yesterday. My throat has been killing me! For those of you new to my blog, I had been diagnosed with throat cancer last june. I finished my radiation in Sept. Well it looks like I have a sore spot on my throat! I am goingt to have a PET scan and then a biopsy and get a feeding tube placed. I can't seem to gain any weight! Please send your good thoughts and prayers my way. Thanks, Carol
