I haven't written a pure blog post here for a while. Now I have a very good idea about GreaseMonkey (a site-customization FF extension). We could write another extension to let people share user.js more easily. Do it by showing all the user.js any one write on a page (just like showing del.icio.us comments), then let user select it from the list. Now everyone can easily change a page himself. Or he can use the script written by peers. A whole new "writable web" will emerge!

I have some good knowledge on open source community. Should I do my Ph.D. on this topic? Well, can be an alternative for studying social networks. Advantages are: data availability (sf.net), openness culture, linkage to IT/ComSci, current understanding.

I remember reading many good articles about social software. Now I need to go back and thumb-up those pages. So, I can look for them later when SU provide search service, like Furl.
