Very good tutorial on creating a custom DVD using ConvertXtoDVD... This article is well written and provides many screenshots to help you along with creating your DVD... Good read if your using that brand of software...

This is a very interesting device... It looks kind of SciFi yet it seems to have many benefits for health related problems including being over weight... Time will tell after this hit's the market as too whether it has any real benefits or not but I am a dreamer so there's always hoping...
