Why Google Employees Quit

This doesn't exactly surprise me about Google: any corporation with the growth of this one is bound to have some lagging and annoying loose ends to take care of. What does surprise me is that a lot of these employees felt as though they weren't given the proper care and attention of Google, as opposed to a proper salary or benefits (which was the gripe of many as well).

First of all @ Nataki, it's up to 12 digits. Second of all, this was never all that private to begin with, and you give away plenty about yourself in a regular basis. For instance, this changes nothing if you already use a reasonable proxy.

I do not think this amounts to "Big brother watching over us" any more than they already were.

You all just want it both ways. If you were smart you'd be coming up with a *new* plan, not just constantly criticizing the one in action. Also, this guy clearly doesn't have a good understanding of debt, let alone statistics.
