Update:

so my fishies now have Ick, well not all of them, all 6 neons and the sickly silver molly do. I'm treating my tank right now, and I'm in phase 1 of 3. Hopefully all will be well, especially since apparently the type of fish I'm treating are said to be very sensitive to this particular treatment. This to date seems to be the most finicky and peskiest pet I've had.

UPDATE:

Ok, so I didn't get the Amazon Kindle for my bday. I wasn't really expecting it, its just one of those things where you reach for the stars and put it on your wishlist, but dont ever really expect to receive. I did however get a new ipod, a 120gig's worth of ipod excellence. Now i'm filling it up with all the obscure music that makes my little heart sing. I have noticed however that the more music i put on it, the more songs I tend to shuffle through...call it music ADHD if you will.

that's how the cookie crumbles for now, perhaps I will update this thing more often from now on, no promises though.

ok, so i wont go into why I was watching Oprah earlier today...maybe it had something to do with my swollen tonsils, my sore throat, high fever, or the pint of green tea haggen das I was eating...but irregardless, I'm green with envy.

Oprah just gave her entire audience the Amazon Kindle. Ok, I get it, Oprah is rich as a bitch, but I have been dropping hints left and right to whomever will listen (primarily my mother, father, and boyfriend) that I want...no no, let me rephrase this, that i NEEEEEEDDDD the Kindle, especially since my birthday is exactly 2 weeks away...

and now here I am, sick, and extremely jealous that all those undeserving soccer moms got my dream gift.

bah!

oh and by the way, have I mentioned I'd really like the Kindle? Pretty pretty please, with a 350$ cherry on top.

so for those of you who have checked up on this blog, fruitlessly since my departure, i apologize.

I've switched to a mac and unfortunately when i looked into adding the SU bar, it informed me that it was not compatable with Safari and that I'd have to download my previous browser, firefox.

I'm kinda lazy-like and havent felt the need to download firefox so thus explains my absence.

I'm on my parents computer right now which would explain this post but now that i'm back into the SU groove of things, i may change my mind.
