The NHL is still clueless about their TV deal. I couldn't watch the Red Wings home opener because I don't have Versus channel. Nice.

There certain parts of SE Michigan, where people walk around like it's 1985. They way they dress, their hair. I feel like I'm a Bon Jovi concert. Do these people not celebrate New Years? Do they not have a calendar? It's kinda scary actually.

I've often wandered what it would be like to be a band on tour. Having to play the same songs for 200 shows over and over and over and over. How do they do it? I supposed if you are professional musician, you just take it one note at a time. After seeing RUSH last night, I was wondering how they could play the same stuff with such authority and passion? Perhaps it just becomes second nature to them.
