Caramelized Tofu Recipe - 101 Cookbooks

I made this tonight with some brown rice for my mom and I and we both loved it. It was my first time cooking tofu, so I was a little worried about it coming out all right, but it turns out it was actually pretty easy. Great recipe.

Bottom line humor of this article for me:

A federal judge overseeing an obscenity trial exploring the extreme fringe of pornography posted explicit photos and videos on his personal Web site, [the Los Angeles Times] reported Wednesday.

The images included a video of a "half-dressed man cavorting with a sexually aroused farm animal," the newspaper reported.

[Alex Kozinski, chief judge of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals] also said he would delete some material including a photo of naked women on all fours painted to look like cows, which he called "degrading," the newspaper said. Kozinski said he began saving the sexually explicit materials and other items of interest years ago, the Times said. "People send me stuff like this all the time," he said.

The Welsh School of Pharmacy found that MRSA survived on the wipe, and then contaminated everything it touched. I love that seventh picture. It reminds me of that picture (from Life magazine, I think) of a hippie putting a flower in the rifle barrel of a soldier's gun during a Vietnam War protest. Nice.
