If you got to this page, and you're anything like me, you've learned that corporate America can be disappointing.

I was working 70 to 80 hours a week and making too much money to leave and not enough money to stay.

I remember most days driving the long commute thinking... there has got to be a better way. I felt like I was winning the rat race but living like a rat. That's when I decided that something has to change.

I started looking for that better way. I didn't want to find just an income generating opportunity. I had that. I wanted to find a company that was Destined for Greatness but still young enough that there was room for me to create not only wealth but freedom.
How was I going to do this with so many different companies so many different choices?
In this quest I found that there is a rock solid, time tested set of rules that any company must have in place, in order to become one of the established giants. Let me share with you what I found.

First: The Company must have adequate financial resources. 95% of all startup companies fail in their first year of business due to lack of operating capital. I knew that I had to find a company that had the financing in place in order to reduce my overall risk. I wanted to know that the company I associated myself with would be around for many years to come and be able to cash my checks.

Second: The Company must have an experienced management team in place. It takes true entrepreneurship to launch a Company, but that entrepreneur must have the humility and foresight to get out of the way and let experienced management take the company to the next level. It is rare that you will find a company that has this kind of management in place from the beginning.

Third: The Company must have a unique product line that makes sense and has universal appeal. A product line that in new and exciting. All too often a company launches with a different spin on a copy of a copy. Did you know that there are more than 30 juices in a bottle? That takes me to the importance of being first to market. Who is the #1 soda company in the world? Well that's Coke. Who is #2? That's Pepsi. Quick, who is #5? Who knows and who cares. If I held up a tube of lip balm and asked what is was. We would all say Chapstick. We don't ask for a tissue we ask for a Kleenex. You get the point. When you take an established industry and apply innovation to it you can create a whole new category. Look at what Apple has done with the I-pod, or when someone had the great idea of putting wheels on luggage. With this innovation whole industries are changed and with it millions of dollars are made.

Fourth: The Company must have a compensation plan that enables a person to make thousands not hundreds in months not years. A compensation plan that makes sense, not one that requires me to fill my garage with products or place an order to satisfy some component of the compensation plan when I didn't need it. A compensation plan that welcomes whatever level of involvement I choose to do.

Last: Accessibility to Leadership. It is being able to have someone take you by the hand, not just saying "good luck and God bless". But literally taking you by the hand and saying "do this with me". It's not just about telling you how to do it, but having them say let's do this together. I have found in my life that when someone takes the time and does something with me, I get it so much faster.

Well I had my list of criteria and off I went in search of the right company for me. You see, I had tried this sort of thing in the past, (and I have to admit with not much success). I knew this time that I had to research the companies and complete my due diligence before making a decision.

I Joined GBG and i'm so glad i did after Just 3 Months I'm now in the top 5% with many Top Leaders I earge you to seriously consider GBG as your vehicle to a True Passive Residual Income.
