Electromagnetic Spectrum on Datavisualization.ch

I've come across this information graphic that visualizes the electronmagnetic spectrum. Unfortunately there seems to be no information about the creator or if the poster is available in any way. The only indication of it's origin is the Westinghouse logo (Westinghouse Research Laboratory to be exact). If we put aside the warm feelings we have by looking at such a density of information, we may see some difficulties with the readability of the skewed diagrams. Nonetheless it's a solid piece of work with a clear focus on details and elaborateness. Interested in how to dump down the richness of information? Here's the "chart junk" version of the same concept.
