There is so much information on Justin Furstenfeld, his band Blue October, that I simply will not be able to include it all here. Suffice it to say that it will not take a reader of this page long to see why I believe that this band of musicians is well worth getting to know.

Not only do they produce incredible music with lyrics that are heartfelt and heart-wrenching, but Justin himself is open about his fight against Bi-Polar Disorder, Depression and other related Mental Illnesses, and how he has risen above to conquer the downhill spiralling vaccum that was his life.

Facebook is allowing companies and celebrities to export updates to their Twitter feeds -- a "privileged" feature which has already been taken up by Lance Armstrong's Livestrong and the World Wildlife Fund.

Owners of Facebook Pages, such as public figures, musicians or brands can now publish their Facebook status updates, photos or events on their Twitter page.

The feature is not available to Facebook's general population of 250m.
