What I hope to do is write articles that convey that perhaps coming from even a bleak place, that anything can be changed with the help of a spiritual solution. My solutions come in many forms but they're all revealed with a spiritual transformation.

The path we're on has many challenges and as I navigate mine, I hope to share encouragement to others who may be experiencing similar. It is my belief that though we do all walk our path alone that we don't have to be alone doing it. [For a saucier me, see Samsara's Shakti.]

I knew I was *odd.* I picked up things others would seem to not notice. Trying to fit in but being unsuccessful, I realized the world was not for me so I chose masks instead and the masks were painful because I knew I wasn't "really like that." After discovering who I really was [what I really was] and coming into acceptance, I have found freedom. Today I wouldn't choose to be "normal" even if I could.

Uniontown PA School District Considers Tasers

WORST idea EVER. Someone from the area JUST died from a tasering but they want to introduce it into the school system. Brilliant. Oh yeah. Discuss it here.

...and a neat aspect of this real true life story is that StumbleUpon played a pivotal role. Had I not had the SU HSP Group I would probably have never met this friend. This friend would have probably not found my HSP resources because I doubt I would have understood that there existed such a need for people to get "understood," "validation" and "assistance" with this gift.

To imagine I made such an impact in someone's life and although I KNOW I do because I receive so many honoring thank you's from friends often...But just to get such a LONG message that spilled through my new friends heart in order to share with me the gifts s/he had received as a result of actions I took...to have such an impact in someone's life like that and for the good...it is such an amazing blessing.

And the really neat news is that any single one of us can sow these sorts of seeds! We really can. All we have to do is make a choice; Sow seeds of understanding, compassion, love, kindness, help, or whatever you have to spare or are good at or sow seeds of anger, hostility, ego, selfishness, and bitterness. Whichever. That's it. I hope you enjoy this.

A cop tackles a Critical Mass rider in New York. Fortunately there was a video of the unprovoked attack that was posted anonymously to YouTube and because of it the cop has been relegated to desk duty until an Internal Affairs investigation takes place. The bicyclist, of course, was charged with resisting arrest, attempted assault and disorderly conduct for his part in being tackled and falling to the ground while bicycling. =\
