I have to face it, I never really used StumbleUpon. To be more specific, I never took the time to use it properly. To really prove my point, this is my first blog post! I was content to add thumbs up favorites now and again and get traffic to my blogs simply by adding the links.

Speaking of traffic, apart from Google, StumbleUpon is my greatest source of traffic but I know i could get much more traffic if I used StumbleUpon properly. I spend a lot of time on Blog Catalog (brings in good traffic) , Facebook & to a lesser extent, Twitter. Both Facebook and Twitter bring in very little traffic compared to StumbleUpon, so why not stay nurture 'the goose that lays the golden egg?'

One figure that worries me is the subscriber count; only 13 after such a long time. That is because I am not spending enough time creating relationships on StumbleUpon. My challenge is to increase subscriber count, blog posts and favorites for this year.

Welcome to my blog.
