sorry folks. i just went thru and removed everyone. nothing personal, i just spazzed out because i'm extremely upset with the new design. i don't like it. so this is my protest. i'm about to have more spasms and go thru and delete all my posts and then uninstall the su toolbar but i think i'll just cool down for awhile before i burn everything.
su has been fun but this new design displeases me.

here's what she's supposed to look like. this is a similar car from a collector museum in a nearby city. they're using a 75 ton crane to lift a 2 ton car. a little overkill i'd say.

ouch, ouch, ouch. damn, damn, damn. it's a bit of a sad day for me. i'm shocked, saddened, disappointed, brokenhearted, and even pissed-off. i know, it's just a dang car, get over it. i will but i do have a soft spot for classic cars and i did have my hopes up a little high for this one. oh well, maybe this is a mixed blessing, part of the joy of owning a classic car is going thru the restoration process. whoever gets this one is going to have lots of joy, hehe. sanding off the rust and breathing the dust, busting your knuckles on rusty bolts. it's definitely a labor of love. i sure do hope somebody rolls their sleeves up and gets to work on this. i hope the event organizers do a follow up and keep us posted on the disposition of this fine automobile. this baby deserves it. heck, i may just go down there and buy this at whatever the price is and haul it home and start on it myself. i'm looking for a project car. here's the story;
