We just watched the new Star Trek movie. It totally rocked!! I'm so glad that William Shatner was not in it and that it was nothing like the classic show. The whole alternate reality thing really opens it up for more movies and more shows. It's a different timeline with no real expectations on how the whole Star Trek timeline will unfold.

One great surprise was that Spock finally gets some action. The people that were chosen for the roles really worked well with the characters/story line that Abrams went with for this movie. Simon Pegg was hilarious.

I want to see more. I want to see where they go and what happens to them in this new timeline. That is why the movie worked so well. As a viewer it drew me in and left me with a desire to see more.

My unit leader is a country music fan and she gets to listen to it on the radio in our office several times a week. Today there was a chick who drove to the local station and requested a song. She requested a ?Sugarland? song about a mistress telling the cheating husband to stay and not go back to his wife. This lady made sure to say the guy's full name, where he lived and her name. Not so smart sounding considering the song she requested. We all wondered who the guy's wife was and what she thought if she heard the dedication. Not too long after the mistress song, the cheater song was on.

Bad stuff happens!! I went to click my Firefox icon and it moved then went poof. My only other option was a browser with no bookmarks or Stumble. The Man came through though and told me where the files were to use my browser. Scared me since I have to do homework.

To celebrate the ability to go online using my tailored browser, I decided Stumbling is the way to go. Junior would agree, but he's sleeping. He's woofing and huffing in his sleep with his legs moving. It's the crazy rabbits outside. They taunt him.

The Man formated for me and I set up shop in the spare room. The dsl from here isn't as good as it could be. I think the router might be too far away, but since we are upgrading our dsl to go faster, maybe it won't be as bad. I needed a space away from everyone. My focus is not as great as it used to be. Mom, the dog and the pigs live with us now instead of a seriously quiet apartment with just the two of us. So yeah now the room needs a fan and less quiet. I can hear myself type. Slightly unnerving. But my computer is happy and that's what really matters.
One a unhappy note, I accidentally kicked the exercise machine when I went to fold clothes. That's what happens when I try to do the right thing. One toe is a great purple color and it crunched when I stubbed it so it is definitely broken. That and the nice curve it acquired. But it only hurts when I step down so it can't be too painful considering I need to use it to walk with all the time.

My sister sent me the humane society page with Miss Kitty on it. While I applaud the efforts of humane societies, I have to say their method of advertising pets is a little less than truthful. My sister was unable to take her 12 year-old, evil, vindictive cat to her new place out of state. The humane society has kindly helped Miss Kitty by labeling her a calm, lovely 8 year-old. Perhaps, they wrote that before she threw up on one of them or decided to bite them repeatedly.

Here's a few pictures of Winchester. He's spoiled and needs to be loved all the time. Junior is hilarious on the kitchen floor. He heads straight for the Pink Panther rug.

This one is one of his favorite spots when I'm on the computer. I just wish he wouldn't lay on or near my power cord. This space isn't that big. He's about thirty-nine pounds so he's fairly smallish.

I finally got a job that makes the last two years of school worthwhile. My hateful, paranoid, illiterate, baby-making, tank of a sister-in-law tried to thwart my plans by fabricating a broken confidentiality agreement. Too bad that she didn't succeed when confronted. I was kind and called her to thank her for not lying, not destroying my career, and not wasting the thirty grand spent to get this far.

I worked my flat ass off to get this far. I have a 3.808 out of 4.0, been full time every semester including summers, in the honor society and have several supporting certificates to my two degrees already finished. I am two internship semesters away from a second degree. Did I mention I graduate from one of my degrees in less than seven weeks?

What would her lying done to me? Well, for one I wouldn't have gotten the job. The job that pays four dollars more than what I make right now. The job that not only offers a forty hour week, but also insurance and all the lovely benefits that I have been waiting to get for the last five years.

The worst of it is the damage to my career. A broken confidentiality agreement means no other job in the health care business especially the ones I have been going to school for over the last two years. Although my new supervisor, that I interned for in the past, stated that he believed me and wouldn't tell anyone about my unfortunate, jackass of a sister-in-law's lie. I think he would be obligated to and I would never expect him to omit that if someone else was checking up on me. Having said that. I personally would feel obligated to tell my instructor because it supposedly happened during my internship. If she didn't believe me, then she might change my grade. By changing my grade, I wouldn't graduate. If I was extremely lucky, then I wouldn't get kicked out of my two programs. If I got kicked out, then I wouldn't have a chance to fully appreciate the value of working like crazy for the last two years.

I would have literally had to start over. I would have had to try and hate her even more than I do now. To be honest, I'm tired. I'm tired of homework. I have another two semesters of homework. I'm tired of stupid people that when confronted say dumb things like "Oh, oh no, I meant I was worried it might happen."

I haven't spoke to her since December of 2006. Not even on Christmas Day did I speak to her. I haven't see her since Christmas Day of 2006. She doesn't even like that hospital. I thought she took her children somewhere else.

So Happy Easter you fat cow. One day you will wake up and realize that you are still an paranoid, illiterate, baby-making tank that knows jack shit.

In the world of crazy Cindra things, I have another interesting odd entry. So far I've only broken extremities. Two broken ankles, one compound fractured wrist and even sprained the other wrist. No long bones yet. But I just found out I've had a broken rib for at least a week. It explains the unending pain in my side. I coughed so hard that I've broken at least one rib. The good news is that I just have to ride it out and Vicodin is my new friend. The doctor was kind enough to tell me they don't cast, brace or even tape up ribs anymore. Also he said that younger, better eyes may be able to see more fractures/broken ribs. So that's why at least one obviously broken rib.

I have a fairly physical job as a housekeeper. So I've worked the last seven nights and even helped family members pack up their rental truck for their move back to Arizona. All that before I found out about the broken rib.

Just a helpful hint to those who reformat. Don't pull a Maiketh and forget what email address you used for your Stumble. Variety helps in the password department, but it screws you in the end. So maybe in the future he'll finally see those damnable cutsie pictures I inundate him with. Well, I only do that in between the hardcore atheism. Cheers snuggly Bunny!
