it's also not about the unique features, such as the amazing spam filter or the google search built-in.
it's not even about the integrated tools with gtalk, and being able to easily view PDF, DOC or XLS without needing to install a thing.
it's about being the smartest, simplest and most usefull web communication tool ever created. period.
