I am amazed how pressure groups in the US can rail against equitable health reform. Even though I have many fine US friends I find the elements opposing health reform there rather pathetic. The World has stood aghast for many years at the callous way the poor are offered the indignity of no real care without their paid-up insurance. It's time for the US citizens to "mend some fences". Health care shouldn't revolve totally round your wallet in a just and fair society! Or are their poor only good for filling the ranks to send to rotten wars? All this and with US citizens armed to the teeth there is simply no future for their society up this road. It is a society sitting on a powder keg!

The power of the Internet is being recognised as the draconian regime in Iran fails in its bid to hide public dissent.

As our political leaders are clearly struggling to seek enlightened directions what a fantastic opportunity to pressure for sustainable options.

In heady times too many of our leaders and industry captains simply play lip-service to certain of the more complex issues. Now, more are beginning to reflect.

What opportunity for the enlightened to force some fresh thinking on the part of our leadership.
