Friends and visitors. I feel the time has come for me to take a step back from the world of SU. I'm planning to take a break, but not necessarily a permanent one - I've got some great people on my friends list.

I think I could do with leaving for a while to re-group and re-focus (or something like that). There are other things that require and deserve my attention and time more than this page, so for now I'll be around less often.

I will still be recieving messages etc, and may drop by every now and then, just to see what you guys are up to.

My next venture on the bone marrow thing will be a sponsored abseil in October. Four of my colleagues have graciously volunteered to take part as well, so hopefully we'll be able to raise a decent amount of money for the folk at the Anthony Nolan Trust.
