Jumping into a design can be a daunting task. From the initial project download, there are many steps involved before i actually get my mouse wet. For time's sake I'm only going to address one of these steps: the moodboard. Imagine a clothing designer's studio...its walls are probably covered in magazine clippings, fabric swatches, sketches and other bits of inspiration.

Hot off the missing thumbnails comes another Photoshop CS3 `feature', or lack thereof

ImageReady was the animated GIF editor of the creative suite, but has been discontinued for CS3 and above. Photoshop CS3 wont import the layers and timelines of animated GIFs. Adobe wants you to pony up for Fireworks for the ability to open animated GIFs.(via)

But there is a simpler way to open animated GIFs in Photoshop.

I'm talking about when you pull up a folder and view your files as thumbnails instead of list, icons..etc. in WINDOWS XP. Does CS3 version still not have the thumbnail previews for Window?

I know that the versions before CS or whatever had the previews but I'm not sure if CS3 has them.

Is there a way to get Dreamweaver to update all the images in Design view?

I have a page with several images and none of the images have the width and height set, so I have to click on each one and click the refresh icon next to width and height for each one. Which is a pain, surely there is a faster way to do this? Hopefully it will work in Dreamweaver 8.
