I've just been made aware by a fellow stumbler that his photography website is allegedly rated "Porn" by me. I'm quite sure I didn't rate any websites "porn". "Nude art" and "photography" maybe. If by some glitch in the system or by some overly prude standards (SU moved from Canada to the US?) this happened to other websites as well, please just send me a message I'll try to change the rating or remove the blog entry.

I'm quite annoyed that porn shows up in my tag cloud!
Does this happen to you too?
I clicked "View page as others see it" and - oh! - there's "porn" in my tag cloud. When I click the said keyword I see a list of arts and photography sites I probably rated, okay. But certainly NOT PORN! At least not as far as I might have seen it during my (however brief) visit. How can they just claim that I tagged it so if I definitely did not?
If someone else has a different view or discovers some extreme stuff there let them tag it PORN, SU may rate it internally and exclude the site from stumbling. But how dares SU alter MY tagging?

There was a mess-up in my favourites feed a few weeks ago, now this.

I'll definitely be thinking about leaving SU if this is going to happen on a regular basis from now on...

Humm, there are links in my favourites feed which I'm very sure I never added. What's going on here?
I don't read the Daily Express and I don't think I added an article on Obama to my favourites. Newly discovered sites are not being accepted either. Keeping my eye on it...

[added 10.July 2008] And it happened again. This time a link from money.co.uk in my favourites. I never visited their site before this link showed up in my favourites. OK, if Stumbleupon needs money, let them add banner adverts on free blogs like mine. But manipulating my favourites feed would be a reason to abandon this service alltogether.

Has anyone else encountered such a thing? I'm still hoping it's just a glitch in the system.

[added 14.July 2008] Maybe it was just a glitch in the system after all. Everything seems to be back to normal.
