Not one more lie, not one more dollar, not one more death! Bring them Home Now ans treat them right when they get here.

Bush is coming here today

Let me take a moment here to say just how totally offensive this public relations gambit in Ft. Bragg is to us. We know how many of these troops have suffered and will continue to suffer because of a war that was based on lies. And the troops themselves, more than anyone, were lied to. Now their commander-in-chief will have the whole chain of command put them in formation as a decorative backdrop for more excuses and lies, and believe us when we say that the troops have already been warned -- no scowls, nothing but smiles and cheers and hoo-ahs at the appropriate points, no cutting of the eyes... we'll be watching the video. So once again, when they could be spending time with their families, they are being pressed into the service of this criminal gang posing as a government, only this time as stage props. It's disgusting, and shows that Bush and his minions have less than no shame.

I like to ask Christians, "So when Jesus said love your enemies, do you think he meant for you to kill them?"

We were still going to church on 9/11/2001. The following weekend our church looked like Nuremburg with flags everywhere. The week after that I wore the flag of Afghanistan on my lapel as I entered the sanctuary. I haven't been back since.

In military towns, it's almost impossible to find a church that opposes the war. Prayers are lifted up only for Americans, or for foreign nationals serving in the US military. God ONLY blesses America. That's just the way it is and it makes my sick.
