Rain Cloud Revival

There is neither wrong nor right to a rain-cloud. It is a natural part of life. It nourishes the earth just as it challenges us to stir within and feel deeply that which may have become parched from lack of attention or visibility. Growing things become known again. We awaken from the cool waters and are touched to the core.

Most importantly, we must remember that it is the Core that must revive, even as the sun rises each day. We must know that regardless of change, transition and the temporal nature of life around us, at Core, is a steady permanence, which sustains and nourishes all parts of our being if we allow. At times such as this, we must draw strength, the fire of our essential nature and clarify our vision that it brightens in alignment with the Light at
the center of our being.

Rain-cloud pour. The waters, their nature, nor the direction of the wind do not matter. I wake to admire the miracles of this natural world and its cycles, the manifestation of its nature. I accept the pool of fallen waters and lift all heaviness of heart that I may reveal the new shapes and images, which have been revealed. I surrender the tears of my own waters readily and make way for tomorrow. My part in allowing the new sky to reveal itself is to allow the waters to clear. I do not expect them to part. I do not command them to go away. They have their mission and will find the places that thirst. I, at Core ask only to see, to Witness and bear Light forward as the Sun would after a summer storm.

God, I call only to You in the thunder or silence of life, each moment returns me only to You.
As water pours ever to its source I long to reach the fount of your Being. You are the cause, the reason, the purpose and the call of all seasons. Allow my heart's surrender to rise within your mercy, goodness and grace. Still my child, let it find Holy nest. Forever in your keeping my heart shall rest.

Falling into Love

Love does not fall away. It does not lessen with time. It does not cease. The heart, our most tender and mysterious cavern of dwellings absorbs all, places all within and names each as safe, enduring, true or not.

We want to be open and steady. The heart may have a will of its own. It is mortal. It has absorbed memories which stay as etchings in its walls telling the stories of the past as perceived by the viewer. These colored by time and enhanced with images, which reflect similar images, offer a vivid glimpse when given the light of conscious attention. They prefer the safety of darkness. In the cool valves of darkness they rest, untouched-seemingly unknown.

Love floods the tunnels, rivers and vistas of the heart. We feel it's "lightening". For a time, the etchings on the wall of memories are awash with a force stronger than they. Yet, as a rush of incoming waters like the morning tide, it follows the cycle of nature and recedes in balance to find its midpoint. It has not fallen away.

Love rushes in like crashing waves into a parched land. It feeds, nourishes and restores. Yet, even as nature provides a magnificent spring storm to the waiting seedlings, it pulls back and time pauses as the natural order allows individuation to proceed. The seed must not drown. It must become itself.

And so we must as well. With the nourishment of Love we must not thirst and be zealous in desire for it in order to thrive. We take the blessings of its nourishment and begin a renewal. We allow an individuation of new aspects of our own being, as in a birth in becoming.

Love does not fall away. It graces the receiver with its permanent imprint. The sensation of its incoming rush may not duplicate. It will be an ever-changing experience because we are different each time Love enters. It is we that fall away. We fall into love. We allow ourselves to open to fall into the openness of Love and into Presence of Love. We lose our fear of falling. Then we find love everywhere.

Still I wish that you would find me here lost amidst good tidings and cheer.
