Holy crap. Bizarre video, noteworthy for featuring a team of American Football players parading around George Square without a single stabbing incident. I imagine the short-lived introduction to this sport in Glasgow was one of the few things Rangers and Celtic fans could agree upon: "American Football" is utter shite.

**EDIT**

A Wikipedia search for Glasgow Diamonds reveals an equally funny - but more Glaswegian - take on the team history.

An interesting development: An argument against the SU upgrades quotes me at length, but is written for, and commented upon by, SEO types. When the author complains of quality Stumblers leaving the system, is she referring to the ones I miss, or the SEO quasi-spammers who were the topic of a previous complaint I made about SU's declining quality? On the list of reasons I'm losing interest in this community, I would argue that the departure of my favourite Stumblers outranks the usability changes, though in some cases the latter is responsible for the former.

And just as a further mind-fuck, I seem to be alone in finding the latest SU iteration as an improvement over the v3 I lambasted in the post quoted by this article.

Along the same lines as weed-controlling goats", this could be an organic alternative to the conventional weapons that leave uranium sickness and phosphorus burns in their wake. Plus, just as the goats eliminate only weeds and other unfriendly garden dwellers, the bears are likely to concentrate on "baddies". After all, you don't find many innocent bystanders lurking in caves.
