This fish follows respiratory currents to the gills of other fish, which it enters to get to the circulatory system.

Instead of gills, it will, on occasion, find a human urethra.

Once inside the urethra it will engorge itself on its victim's blood until it is too large to get out.

Also it is covered in backwards-facing barbs.

Did I mention that sometimes they are fucking invisible?
