Stumble Upon has recently come under fire by trolls called "spammers." These trolls will comment bomb you if they feel you're being too liberal in your criticisms of their "marketing techniques." My dear friend The Bozz was one such victim of these "attacks" (not really much more than an annoyance for the admins.) Please let these crybabies know you don't appreciate them mucking up our wonderful service.

What the fuck is this shit? Does the StumbleUpon management hate us?

Is it just me or is this service less and less about finding new and interesting sites and more and more about finding the same old recycled garbage and generating income for some deadbeat blogger?

I get that spam comments are lame but come on, captchas are the worst idea on the planet. You're better off letting the spammers make their comments so SU users can boycott the advertised service. It's better than punishing us for writing reviews.

I've decided to post original content on my blog here, mainly because I don't want to sign up for another blogging service. So, I'm an amateur 3D modeler, and I'm working on some 3d space ships for a personal project. Here's a taste of what I've been working on the last few days:

Mako Class Carrier

Jupiter Class Frigate

Stiletto Class Fighter

These were done in 3D Studio Max 8 with the Sci-Fi texture pack from 3D Total. Feedback appreciated.

Can't believe I'm reposting, but I actually found this funny:

Why guitars are better than women:
source

# Guitars don't get pregnant.
# You can play your guitar any time of the month.
# Guitars don't have parents.
# Guitars don't whine... unless you want them to.
# You can share your guitar with your friends.
# Guitars don't care how many other guitars you've played
# Guitars don't care how many other guitars you have.
# Guitars don't care if you look at other guitars.
# Guitars don't care if you buy guitar magazines.
# You'll never hear, "Surprise, you are going to proud father of a new guitar!" unless you go out to buy one yourself.
# If your guitar is flat you can fix it.
# Your guitar doesn't care if you never listen to it.
# Your guitar won't care if you leave up the toilet seat.
# You don't have to be jealous of the guy who works on your guitar.
# If you say bad things to your guitar, you don't have to apologize before you play it again.
# You can play your guitar as long as you want and it won't get sore.
# You can stop playing your guitar as soon as you want and it won't get frustrated.
# Your parents won't remain in touch with your old guitar after you dump it.
# Guitars don't get headaches.
# Guitars don't insult you if you're a bad player.
# Your guitar never wants a night out with the other guitars.
# Guitars don't care if you're late.
# You don't have to take a shower before you play your guitar.
# If your guitar doesn't look good you can refinish it or get new parts.
# You can play your guitar the first time you meet it, without having to take it to dinner, see a movie, or meet its mother.
# The only protection you have to wear when playing your guitar is a decent thumb pick.
# When in mixed company, you can talk about what a great time you had the last time you played your guitar.

So, I've been posting a lot more photos to this blog lately. For those of you who actually look at my blog, it's because I'm a lazy bastard and no longer feel like I need to write long-winded explanations about why whatever website I'm reviewing is either absolutely useless or completely awesome. So, pictures! Yay pictures!

I was just over at the Bethesda forums catching up on Fallout 3 news. After I saw the GI Article about the game, I was pretty pissed off. Once again, corporate greed and pandering to the console market will ruin what was once one of the best cRPG games on the planet. This is why I could never work in the gaming industry, no one gives a fuck about the games anymore. It's about the bottom line, the almighty dollar. If you're a Fallout fan, boycott Bethesda, even though they'll still publish this travesty as "Fallout 3", you can still tell them you're mad as hell!

Let's all take a moment to mourn the passing of this great franchise.

If you are on the internet, you are a nerd. There are no exceptions. I've seen so many reviews of websites where stumblers say "this is too nerdy" or something to that effect. You're using a Web 2.0 application to call other people nerdy. Kindly shut the fuck up.
