Not saying that I was UNUSUALLY beautiful single girl, but I was beautiful enough to know that all this is true. I got sick of compliments, men who would just follow me around like lost puppies... And instantly want a permanent relationship with me after I gave them a time of day - or night, more to the point. And I got INSTANTLY obsessed with guys who did not really pay attention to my beauty, or treated it like it was given, like a minimum requirement to get in the door. We don't want to be loved because of our beauty, we want to be accepted for our beauty and loved because of who we are.

(And you don't have to be a professional model to tell when a guy is full of it.)

There ARE do's and don'ts to online dating, but some of these were just plain nitpicky. I especially strongly disagree with point 2 about Kodak moments. If a guy enjoys photography, he has the fucking right to show off his work! Agreed, he should have photos of himself there as well, but if someone deletes his message simply because he has ADDED scenic photos in his profile deserve to stay single and die alone if you ask me.

I would have put a weird spin on that one - I hate marshmellows, always have, so the only way you could have made me eat one while waiting was to threat me that I would have to eat two after the reasearcher comes back. Ewk. However, give me a piece of chocolate... Now THAT's a temptation.

How do you climb a wall with just one hand, even if you were a freakish snake? The snake in the photo doesn't look beaten up, nor is it on a bedroom floor, where it should end up after the attack. It's also not in a jar of alcohol, where the story says it ended up in. Too many holes in the story. Was it published on 1st of April by any chance?
