Where is Freedom of Speech ? In Rochester, New York, I see that there is no Freedom of Speech. Is it not normal that People demonstrate against the blood-letting Wars of Iraq, and above all Afghanistan ? Where many die, or are mutilated, let us not speak about the Trauma of Brain Injury from the IEDs (Improvised Explosive Device) that blow up somebody every single day. Every single day since my own Son was blown up in Afghanistan ... think about it, every day people are being killed and seriously injured, Military and Civilians. Adults and innocent children. For what ? Alexander the Great didn't manage to win, so why should others presume that they will ever win ? And what is the prize ?
I think, like Steven Pressfield, that the Tribes have to talked to, and the Taliban as well. I dread to think who the Taliban Leaders are, any Leader who uses jetsam as fodder for Suicide Bombers, is probably a Psychopath.
With them there is no Reasoning, Logic, Understanding, Nobility, there is no Heart.
Violence meets Violence.
It's all a huge waste of Life, and of focus on what is Good and Just.
Few Things seem to be Right today.
Hopefully tomorrow will be full of Light.
