A Stumble Upon friend Isabella http://moritherapy.stumbleupon.com/has asked a very interesting and important question.. thanks Isabella for draging my attention towards a serious issue...
her question verbatim "hi there ... a question ... when you came to the States, did you end up meeting some Stumble Upon friends?"

Unfortunately NO, But i called everyone, i had the numbers of... cause few of them were far in those states where i was not scheduled to go, and they were stuck with their routines that they were unable to come... even then i met two friends from similar networks like Stumble Upon.. those meetings were really good and they have written blogs on our meetings..
However i am really close to few of the stumblers online.. they are really good and caring friends.. but i would soon visit them InshAllah during my next visit to United States..

Whoever i was calling was really happy to hear from me and also excited to find me on the same territory where do they reside... however my perception after visiting USA has changed and i believe whole world is for every human being.. No boundries, No creeds, No races, No territories, No colour... every human being is equal..
Americans have a peculier character of greeting you and give you smile that impressed me literally...
Isabella Thanks once again...

I hope to see few of my online friends, i found on STUMBLEUPON. That would be an amazing experience to see my friends.
I am really excited to meet, and represent Pakistan in a course under title "Women and Entrepreneurship". Pakistanis need to defuse the image that has evolved on international scenario. This is good oppurtunity for me to at least one segment of people that Pakistan is not like this.
Pakistan’s IT industry’s export revenue has hit record 116 million US dollars mark in the financial year 2006-07, crossing the set target of 108 million US dollar for the year, reported State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) here on Thursday. This indicates a quantum increase of 61.18 percent in IT exports as compared to the last year’s export revenue worth 72 million US dollars. SBP, in its statement for the year 2006-07, said that the current IT exports annual growth rate is still understated as only five percent of the country’s registered companies file their exports data with SBP. It said that BPO and call centers have made a significant contribution in the increased exports due to adequate telecom facilities and trained manpower available in the country. Considering that the 15 percent GST imposed on computer hardware in the federal budget 2006-07 has not yet been removed, this rise in IT exports is remarkable, it added.

Sales Objections are Sales Opportunities
As a salesperson, you put in a lot of time and effort to ensure that your product or services are needed by your prospect. However, no matter how compelling the need may be, no matter how excellent your product may be, prospects will always raise objections, and demand additional information. Consequently, you should welcome objections because once answered, they give you the potential energy to close the sale.

http://www.pak-times.com/2007/07/05/the-problems-of-the-young-asians-moving-to-west/
The Problems of the Young Asians moving to West
Low per-capita incomes, unequal access to the opportunities, heavy loads of big families, lesser resources to feed them, with all these factors the inhabitants of 3rd world countries are ambitious to have better living standards and quality of life. A life fulfilling human needs and basic rights is deficient in the third world due to weak institutions, and infrastructures, low rate of literacy, less pace of social and economical development rather decelerating momentum has compelled the inhabitants of third world to find their dreams in West that seemingly is Heaven. It is a straight and admit-able fact that they are the group of human beings which is never satisfied poor living conditions in their indigenous countries.

Youngsters from third world always look for the heaven on the earth but does Heaven exist on earth? If it exists then where it is? Millions of enthusiasts leave their homes, cities and native countries every year in search of heavens they have shaped in their dreams. The quality and nature of their dreams determine how far they have to go for finding their heaven. Many decades of foreign rule had given them a shallow system completely unable to help people to get a quality life. Economy without any check and balance, lawlessness, sense of insecurity, social injustice, and sense of being nobody make them move to find a place where at least above mentioned evils don't exist. Naturally the western industrialized countries become the obvious choice for these frustrated young people. Next step they come across after designing dreams and targeting their destination is; how to reach their objectives; rich industrialize countries? Here starts the problem, while being exploited by the human smugglers; they pay handsome amounts of money to them; sometimes after selling the jewelry of their mothers or by borrowing it from family. It has been observed that amount paid to human smugglers is equivalent to the per-capita income of particular industrialized country. Youth migrated from troubled countries to west is noticeably from the lower middle class or poor families, hence it is difficult for their families to afford 10 to 15 thousand dollars just for traveling to fulfill their expensive dreams. However people send their children to industrialized countries after selling their houses and precious entities just to earn a peaceful living. The dreams of the youngsters here get connected with the wishes of their families also.

But after reaching, these naive youngsters packed with dreams find their dreams were mere illusions as it is not easy for them to be the part of the society, as indigenous people hardly accept them and absorb them, they have to face first predicament to get embedded in social lives of racist westerners. Further the rules and regulations for expiates in various countries including EU, US and other western countries leave them hopeless to join the workforce as it is sometimes unfeasible to comply with those, their illegal status usually aggravate the situation.

Another realization is observed; in legal framework they are not allowed to work without a work permit in particular country. West has surplus labor force living on welfare system; now they are not hunters of legal workers from the downtrodden world. Illegitimately immigrants are the first choice of the western employers with non-native origin, mostly settled for long in the west and established lucrative businesses by gauging legal or illegal methods. However behind the success of much non-native origin business community; is their hard work, which they exerted for more than two decades in flourishing their business. They always need cheap labor to sustain their small businesses as mostly have small shops, restaurants or labor supplying contracts. This situation welcomes new illegal immigrants to be exploited by the businessmen from non-native origin. They always look for the people in "
