I rarely if ever post ethnic jokes to this blog since I usually find them distasteful at best, and outright bigotted at worst, but this particular "Welsh joke" is too funny not to post here, especially since it is apparently a true story. . .

But I am not all *that* surprised to read this.

Reporters Without Borders\' index of freedom of the press rates Canada as 19th out of 175 countries. AFAIAC Canada *should* be in the top 5.
