Howdy all,
A quick little update for ya. The trip to Missoula went fairly smoothly. I'm loving spending time with my wonderful girly girl. Started my job search and have a couple leads and will keep looking till I find something. Other than that, making good friends and learning tons, all in all just a real nice experience here.

Hope all is well for everyone, thanks for all the well wishes again and if I haven't gotten back to you I'm sorry, I've only got a limited time online till I can get a technician out to the house for internet so my time on here is limited.

Keep your chin up,

Just a quick note for everyone. I am moving to a new City tomorrow to finally be near the one I Love. I'm extremely excited! In the mean time I'll probably be offline for a week or so while I find a place to live and get all my stuff setup and such. Somewhat going on a limb here as I have not found a job in the new area, but this too shall come.

As far as the proposal is concerned, her and I are going to meet with her father come sometime in June. I have not seen hide nor hair of her father for about 12 years now and had met him on much different terms, so this will be interesting.

Yes sir, I'd like to Marry your youngest daughter...

So I shall be out of touch for a bit, but I'll try to find a way to check my emails and get back to you all as frequently as possible. Thanks so much for all of your support!

PS. If you're following me along, please add me as a friend so I know how many of you are out there. I notice I get a lot of emails from people who haven't added me, but do as you may.

Poem to my love
The Heat of my Desire

In the still of the evening
Without sunlight to intrude
I see the twilight's in your eyes
As the moon sets up the mood

Playing music soft and low
While romance fills the air
I can't help but feel aroused
The very moment you come near

You submit to my embrace
While candles flick their flame
And the smell of sweet perfume
Seems to drive my lust insane

As I look into your eyes
And run my fingers through your hair
I taste the sweetness of your neck
As I nibble at your ear

I then whisper words of love
As you answer with a sigh
And in a very sexy way
Your sweet body comes alive

Your the heat of my desire
As we slowly come undress
I then start to lay you down
While you welcome my caress

With your luscious sexy curves
You have a taste I can't resist
And your breast show some response
When I touch them with a kiss

As I soak inside your love
To a sexy love condition
Feeling passions start to rise
While making love in all positions

You give me so much pleasure
For ecstasy is here
With you wrapped inside my arms
To this heated love we share

Now no one can come close
To this love that we inspire
For only you can fill this joy
And the heat of my desire

My thoughts on the website...

I don't know if it'd work, but I was thinking of having a count down that at the end would lead to a video introduction that everyone could be a part of. At the end of the video I could kneel beside her and propose. After that I would use the have the site as a place where we could go back to for years to come and see our story and any one elses story who wanted a place to share it. I didn't think of it as a place for $, more like a romantic get away for us as a couple to share with other couples. We are both community orientated and I that would be a great way to cary this on...

Still think it's a bad idea? You all are involved now, so what are your thoughts?

As per a request to share some information. Here is a series of email from today:

Proposals
This is leading up to a real proposal... but I'm thinking of making a website out of it. You my dear ma'am have just giving me an idea. What about a website for people to share their proposal stories?

emma
NO NO keep your experiment here! this is creative!
please dont be tempted into diluting this into something that has been done before for $. this is innovative and unique enough that if you play with the theatrical mystery side it, and give the media something to sink their teeth into... you could get a sponsored wedding out of it :P...but even more importantly a memorable foundation to set the tone for your creative future together.

word from the peanut gallery is that we want to see how things unfold. how she is responding to this stumbleupon site before knowing you are behind it? are there secret messages and clues in the favorites that you marked? how do you ultimately pop the question? how does she react?...you cant leave your fans hanging now! are you going to share that with us?
please do :)

Proposal
I might also add. she is not computer savvy and does not use stumbleupon so whatever I say in my blog is rather safe.

emma
argh, i am disappointed that your girl will not be proposed to in a computer savvy way :(
but this all still creates and interesting scenario.

hope you have fun with this!
p.s since we are safe and confidential here...will you share a timeline with us too?

Proposals
First off thank you all! You're responses and encouragements have not gone unnoticed or unapreciated.

To answer the peanut gallery. She knows that I am upto something, just not what. So it is the other way around, she knows I am behind a stumbleupon site but the only thing she knows is that it is about her.

Are their secret clues… not exactly, but if it is a poetry site it has been or will be read to her. I was mainly trying to collect pages that 1: were specific to proposing for ideas 2: specific to wedding planning 3: specific to things that we share in common and could be integrated into our lives together.

Timeline of our relationship: Went to school with her sister in kindergarten, met her in Jr. High and developed a crush on her then. I ended up going to a different school and we parted ways. I had tried to make contact with her over the years but couldn't track her down. Then one day (13 years later) she contacted me out of the blue on myspace in January. At the time we both thought, hey cool a long lost friend. However, we both quickly realized this was much more. As of today we still live a good distance apart, but I am working on moving to where she is at. I had planned to move there within the week, but I just found out the place I was going to stay is not available. I know the current societal standards would dictate we move in together, but we are not like that. We are saving sex for marriage and living together would greatly complicated that.

As far as my timeline for the proposal ;) First things first, I am going to be asking her father for his blessing in the very near future. From there it's just finding the right time. I will keep you posted on that. And do not rule out an 'internet savvy proposal' I am mulling around ideas about that. That is what I was thinking of a site for actually… More info on that in my next post (tomorrow if I have time), and you all can give me your input whether it's a good idea or not.

Anything I missed?
