One of the key elements for building and maintaining your reputation is to keep an ongoing eye open for some statement being made that might effect your reputation, by some unknown troll with an agenda counter. Yothfy is a tool suited to answer this ongoing question - "did someone just say something I need to know of?" This is not the complete answer to building and maintaining your reputation, but it does put a "scout" on your side.
